Welcome to Luxury Bed Store (“we”, “us”, “our”). By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. 1) Eligibility & Accounts

You must be 18+ and able to enter a contract. If you create an account, keep your details secure; you’re responsible for activity under it. We may refuse or cancel orders where these Terms are breached or fraud is suspected.

2) Products & Specifications

Many items are made to order with options (size, fabric, storage, headboard). We aim for accurate descriptions and imagery, though minor colour/texture variation can occur between screens and fabric batches. Dimensions are approximate within normal manufacturing tolerances—please check access routes (doors, stairs, lifts) before ordering.

3) Orders & Contract

Your order is an offer to buy. We’ll acknowledge receipt by email; a binding contract forms when we send a dispatch confirmation. We may cancel an order (for example due to stock or pricing error, or failed checks). Any payment taken will be refunded.

4) Prices, VAT & Payment

Prices are in GBP (£) and include UK VAT unless stated. Any delivery charges are shown at checkout. Pay using the methods shown at checkout; we don’t store full card numbers. Orders may be subject to anti-fraud checks.

5) Delivery

We deliver UK-wide via approved carriers. The estimated delivery window appears at checkout and in follow-up emails, and may vary by product and location. You must provide safe access and suitable parking; if a booked delivery cannot be completed due to access or no one in, a re-delivery charge may apply. Risk passes on delivery; title passes when we receive full payment. Full details are in our Delivery Policy.

6) Cancellations & Returns

Made-to-order/bespoke goods (for example your chosen size, fabric, storage or headboard) are produced to your specification and are not eligible for change-of-mind returns under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 (Reg 28(1)(b)). For eligible non-custom goods, you may cancel within 14 days of delivery; items must be returned in original condition and return costs may apply. To amend or cancel, please contact us promptly—once production or dispatch begins, cancellation may not be possible. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for the full process and timelines.

7) Faulty or Damaged Items

Please inspect items on delivery and report transit damage as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours and no later than 14 days). Where goods are faulty, we will repair, replace or refund in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. We may request photos/video and, if needed, a technician inspection to resolve issues quickly.

8) Warranty

Bed frames (and mechanisms where applicable) include a 5-year warranty against manufacturing defects. The warranty excludes normal wear and tear, fabric pilling, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised repairs, or environmental damage (for example damp). Your statutory rights are not affected.

9) Promotions & Vouchers

Promotions are time-limited and non-transferable unless stated. We may amend or withdraw offers where lawful.

10) Reviews & User Content

If you submit reviews, Q&A or images, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that content on our site and marketing. Do not submit unlawful, misleading or infringing content; we may remove content that breaches these rules.

11) Intellectual Property

All site content (text, images, graphics, logos) is our property or used under licence. Personal, non-commercial use only unless you have written permission.

12) Third-Party Services & Links

We use third parties for payments, delivery, analytics and customer support. Their terms and privacy policies apply to their services; we are not responsible for third-party content.

13) Liability

Nothing limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be limited by law. We are not liable for: (a) losses not caused by our breach; (b) business or indirect losses (including lost profit, revenue, data, goodwill); or (c) delays outside our reasonable control. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

14) Events Beyond Our Control

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our reasonable control (for example carrier delays, supplier issues, strikes or extreme weather). We will keep you informed and take reasonable steps to minimise impact.

15) Personal Data

We process personal data according to our Privacy Policy. You can manage cookies via the banner or your browser settings.

16) Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms; the latest version will be posted here with the “Last updated” date. Changes will not affect orders already accepted.

17) Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales (consumer mandatory rights preserved).
