We’ve kept this policy simple and accurate so it won’t conflict with platform rules or consumer law.
1) Where we deliver
We deliver across the UK where our carriers operate. We don’t deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you’re unsure about your address, contact us before ordering.
2) Delivery charges
Any delivery charge (if applicable) is shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
3) Order processing
Processing begins once your order is confirmed and payment is received. We’ll email updates and let you know when your order is ready to dispatch.
Made-to-order items usually take longer than stocked accessories. Timeframes vary by product.
4) Delivery times
Estimated delivery windows are shown on the product page and/or at checkout. These estimates are indicative and can vary due to carrier capacity, location and product type. We’ll keep you informed by email.
5) Tracking & updates
When your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a dispatch email and, where available, a tracking link or delivery booking message from us or our carrier.
6) Access & delivery day
Please make sure there is safe access to your property and the room of choice (stairs, doorways, lifts and parking). If delivery cannot be completed because no one is available or access is unsafe, a re-delivery fee may apply.
7) Damaged or missing items
Please inspect items on delivery. If there is visible transit damage, ask the driver to note it. Report any damage or shortages as soon as possible (ideally within 48 hours, and no later than 14 days) with photos so we can put it right quickly.
8) Changes, delays & events beyond our control
If we become aware of a delay (e.g., carrier issues, severe weather), we’ll update you promptly and arrange the next available slot.
9) Returns & cancellations
Delivery policy works alongside our Returns & Refunds Policy and Terms of Service.
- Made-to-order/bespoke items are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
