3-year Guarantee
All products now come with an industry leading three year guarantee year from date of purchase. This covers any manufacturer defect apart from wear and tear and accidental damage. Any damage during delivery is automatically covered as long as we are made aware as soon as possible, this will usually be in the form of replacement goods. Manufacturers guarantee covers all parts of the bed including gas lift mechanisms we will usually try and replace items with the same or similar part as long as they are available please note this is at our discretion and we may apply a discount or change items to a different design if required at our discretion. Wherever possible, replacement product will be like for like. However, if a particular style, material or model is no longer available we will substitute appropriately from our current range.
Exclusions
Our guarantee excludes fabric damage, deterioration or staining, and structural issues caused through misuse of the product.It is only intended to protect domestic products purchased and used for domestic purposes. Intentional damage or damage caused by customer or third parties accidentally. This guarantee does not affect your statutory rights.

To register your claim with us you will need to email us with:
- Proof of purchase
- Photographs of the full product and the area that displays the issue you are concerned about.
We will send you a confirmation email upon receipt of your claim and confirm next steps.
